1. Studio Rules & Class Bookings
- All participants must book classes in advance online or by calling the studio.
- Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before class starts. Late entry is not permitted once class is in progress to ensure safety and prevent disruption.
- Classes, schedules, and coaches are subject to change. Please refer to our booking portal for real-time updates.
2. Cancellation Policy
We enforce a cancellation policy for all class bookings. Standard cancellation windows are outlined on our booking platform. Failure to cancel within the specified window or a "no-show" may result in a forfeit of that class credit or a fee, depending on your membership tier.
3. SMS Messaging Program Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Energy By Nanea, you agree to the following terms:
- Consent: You provide your express consent to receive recurring automated marketing, promotional, and transactional text messages (such as appointment/class confirmations and reminders) from Energy By Nanea at the mobile number provided.
- Fees: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on class bookings, list signups, and marketing campaigns.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel your subscription to our text program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After sending STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your unsubscribed status.
