These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at energybynanea.com and all services offered by Energy By Nanea, a boutique fitness studio located at 126 Shadow Mountain Dr, Suite E, El Paso, TX 79912. By accessing our website, booking a class, or submitting any form on our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Agreement to Terms
By using our website or services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Energy By Nanea is a boutique fitness studio offering group fitness classes, one-on-one coaching, and nutritional guidance. Our class offerings include Indoor Cycling (Spin), Rhythm Cycling, Core & Booty Pump, Cycle Sculpt, Strength & Conditioning, Pilates, Spin & Core, Cardio Beat, Stretch & Meditation, and Restorative Yoga. Class availability, schedules, and pricing are subject to change.
3. Class Bookings & Cancellations
Classes may be booked online at energybynanea.com or by calling (915) 205-8554. Spots are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before class. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment or instructor availability. Cancellation and refund policies are communicated at the time of booking.
4. SMS Text Messaging Program
Energy By Nanea operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with clients who have opted in through our website. By providing your mobile phone number and selecting a consent checkbox on our opt-in form, you agree to receive text messages from Energy By Nanea at the number provided.
Non-Marketing Messages (transactional): class booking confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling and cancellation notifications, post-class follow-up, account and billing information, and customer support responses.
Marketing Messages (promotional — only with express marketing consent): special offers, discounts, seasonal promotions, new class announcements, loyalty rewards, and referral incentives.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (915) 205-8554. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on class activity and promotional periods. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

By booking a class, you acknowledge you are physically capable of participating and accept responsibility for your health and safety. Energy By Nanea and its coaches are not medical professionals. Consult your physician before beginning any new fitness program.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Energy By Nanea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or participation in our classes.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on energybynanea.com — including text, images, logos, and class descriptions — is the property of Energy By Nanea and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.
