These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Energy By Nanea website (energybynanea.com), our fitness studio services, and our text messaging programs. Energy By Nanea is operated by Nanis Sweeties LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 126 Shadow Mountain Dr, Suite E, El Paso, TX 79912. By using our website, booking a class, or opting in to our text messaging programs, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

SMS / Text messaging program terms

Energy By Nanea offers two separate text messaging programs. Consent to each program is collected separately, and you may opt in to either or both:

Informational texts — class reminders, booking confirmations, schedule changes, and studio service updates related to your visits and bookings.
Promotional (marketing) texts — occasional studio offers, promotions, and news. Marketing consent is collected on its own, is never required, and is never combined with any other consent or condition.

Opting in

You can opt in through the chat widget on our website (energybynanea.com), where consent is collected via a checkbox before your conversation starts, in person at the studio, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Agreeing to these Terms or to the Privacy Policy does not by itself opt you in to any messaging program — messaging consent is always a separate, explicit action.

Program disclosures

Message frequency varies by program and your booking activity.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel and unsubscribe at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at (915) 205-8554.
Opting out of one program does not automatically opt you out of the other; reply STOP to the messages you no longer wish to receive, or contact us and we will remove you from both.
Carriers (for example T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported for US mobile numbers. You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide and that you are at least 18 years old.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle SMS opt-in data.

Studio services and bookings

Class schedules, pricing, and availability may change. Current schedules are published on our website and booking platform.
Class bookings are subject to availability. Please arrive a few minutes early; late arrivals may forfeit their spot to walk-ins.
Participation in fitness classes is at your own risk. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. You may be asked to sign a liability waiver before your first class.

Website use

All content on this website — text, images, logos, and branding — belongs to Nanis Sweeties LLC or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information through our forms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our website and messaging programs are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nanis Sweeties LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or messaging programs, including delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or messaging programs after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
